WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

HOUSECLEANING

The five basic principles of housekeeping are derived from the Japanese words seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, and shitsuke.

In English, they can be roughly translated as sort, set in order, clean, standardize, and sustain. That is exactly what we will do.

The cornerstone of these principles is that untidy, cluttered work areas are not productive.

LANDSCAPING

We begin with a free consultation to walk your space and understand your needs. From there, we create a custom plan that works with your existing terrain, prioritizes native and low-maintenance plants, and aligns with your personal style.

The final design is delivered as a clear, easy-to-follow PDF — complete with plant suggestions, layout, and sourcing support.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Standard Clean for a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath generally takes 1 team member approximately 4 hours.

Deep clean for the same specifications is approximately 6 hours.

Landscape Design Projects** vary depending on size and scope. The design phase typically takes 1–2 weeks, including one round of revisions.

HOW IS TOTAL COST CALCULATED FOR HOUSECLEANING

WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?

Please book your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, and if needed, cancel 24 hours before scheduled appointment.

If you cannot confirm via the complimentary 24 hour before hand confirmation message, we can only assume that the service isn’t needed.

If cancellation arises after 24 hour window, there will be a $50 fee added to the next bill.
